Steel Pulse Member Selwyn Brown LOVES Travel With Balls!

Yeah, mon!  Check out this wonderful TWB endorsement video featuring Selwyn “Bumbo” Brown, a member of the world-famous reggae band Steel Pulse!

A loud shout-out to Jody Kono and Jumane Redway for making the video happen — the two of them were at Steel Pulse’s show at the House of Blues in Los Angeles last week and when they were chillin’ backstage with the band Jody told Selwyn about Travel With Balls.  Selwyn loved the idea and agreed to endorse us.   Jumane got busy with his camera and filmed the video.

Steel Pulse will be one of the headline acts at Jazz Fest in New Orleans on April 27^th.  William and I will be in the audience, movin’ and groovin’ to de riddim!  After their set is over, can’t wait to thank Selwyn personally for his most gracious gesture.

If you’re not familiar with the Grammy-winning band’s music, check out this live performance of their classic “Rally ‘Round” — it’s always been one of my favorites. Selwyn (who’s been with the group since it first formed in 1975) is jamming on the keyboards and then lets loose with a wicked toast three-quarters of the way through the song.
